Serves 1-2 Ingredients 2 Cup or 260 gr buckwheat or spelt flour 3 Tbsp chia seeds flour * 3 Tbsp ahorn syrup 1 1/4 Cup or 300 ml oat milk (I use Provamel) 1 Tsp baking powder 1 Tsp cinnamon Pinch of Himalaya salt Topping & Filling 1 Box strawberries 3 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt (I use Abbot Kinney's) Dairy free chocolate, scrape the chocolate toward you to make curls (I use Vivani chocolate) How to 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Pour the oat milk to your mixture. Mix until smooth and set a side for 10 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick pan ( if you don't have a non-stick pan use a little bit coconut oil) on medium heat, after 1 minute the surface of the pan should be hot enough for the batter, Pour a spoonful of the pancake batter into the hot pan, and cook until bubbles form and the flip, and cook the other side. 4. Repeat this until the batter is gone 5. Fill then pancakes with strawberries, roll them up and top them with coconut yoghurt, strawberries & choco curls. Bon appétit! * To make chia flour, all you need to do is pour the seeds into a coffee grinder, powerful blender or food processor. Pulse the seeds until they’re finely ground.
