Lemon Mint Popsicles with Fresh Fruit

Ingredients

3/4 cup filtered water
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 lemons, juice
3 mint leafs
Handfull blueberries
Handfull pomegranate
1 lime, sliced
6 strawberries, sliced

How to
1. Pour the water, maple syrup, lemon juice and mint into a blender and blend until everything is mixed.
2. Pour the mint lemonade into each popsicle mold and put in every mold a couple of blueberries, pomegranate, slices strawberries and one slice of lime. 
3. Freeze the popsciles for at least 6 hours & enjoy!

Cherry Apple Popsicles

Ingredients

2 cups cherries or fresh strawberries
1-1/2 cups organic unsweetened apple juice
3 tbsp maple syrup

How to
1. Put all of the ingredients in your blender. Blend until everything is mixed and smooth.
2. Pour into your popsicle molds, insert wooden sticks into the molds and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until the popsicles are solid.
3. Drizzle your popsicle with coconut yogurt and top it with bio vegan sprinkles or coco shreds & enjoy!
