Watermelon Popsicle with Vegan with Chocolate & Sprinkles

Serves 4-5

Ingredients
1/2 Watermelon
3 Tbsp ahorn or maple syrup
50 Gr vegan white chocolate (I use Ichoc)
2 Tbsp sprinkles (I use Biovegan)

How to
1. Mix the the watermelon and ahorn syrup together in a blender and blend for 2 minutes and pour into the molds.
2. Place in freezer and let sit for 5-6 hours
3. Melt the white chocolate au bain marie and dip the watermelon popsicle in the chocolate sauce and top it with sprinkles.

Double Chocolate Popsicle with Pistachio

Serves 4-6

Ingredients
2 Cups unsweetened Oat Milk (I use provamel)
5 Tbsp ahorn or maple syrup
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp raw cocao powder
Handful pistachio crushed
50 gr vegan chocolate

How to
1. Mix the oat milk, raw cacao, vanilla extract and maple syrup together in a blender and blend for 2 minutes on high speed and pour into the molds.
2. Place in freezer and let sit for 5-6 hours
3. When the popsicle are ready melt the chocolate au bain marie and drizzle the chocolate over the popsicle and sprinkle it with the crushed pistachio.
